I started receiving NAET treatments from Dr. Renee Waldman just over a
year ago. When I first met her, I had
two major complaints: severe and frequent gastrointestinal pain and clinical
depression. In the year we have been
working together, both those issues have been resolved.
I was in severe gastrointestinal pain 50-70% of the time, to the point
where I was exhausted all the time and my activities were greatly
curtailed. I had been to many medical
specialists, had tests run, been diagnosed and used different medications. None of this made much, if any,
difference. I was discouraged and tired
of being in pain most of the time. Dr.
Waldman started me with the basic 15 treatments and by the time I finished those
I realized I was no longer in pain. I
have been pain free for about nine months.
Being free of that almost constant pain has given me my life and energy
back. Thank you, Dr. Waldman.
I had suffered from clinical depression for over 30 years, to the point
of a serious suicide attempt 10 years ago.
I had been told by doctors that I would be on antidepressants for the
rest of my life. Even with medication, I
found little happiness, joy or peace in my life. After a year of treatments with Dr. Waldman I
am now off all antidepressants and finding much joy in my life. I recently had an experience which helped me
to realize what a big change there has been.
I was at the Chicago Art Institute viewing an Edvard Munch show. Much of Munch’s art work is full of angst,
anxiety and fear, places where I continuously lived my life in the past As I walked into a gallery full of his art
work, I realized I no longer live in that dark place. I may visit there occasionally, but never
stay long. Until I saw that art work I
did not realize how huge a shift I have made.
Again, thank you, Dr. Waldman.
As I continue my treatments, I continue to find shifts in how I feel
both physically and emotionally. Another
important change to me has been my relationship with my Belgian Tervuren,
Mysti. Mysti and I have been doing
therapy dog work together for almost 7 years, visiting nursing homes,
hospitals, schools, etc. I receive many
rewards on a personal level from my work with Mysti, but I always felt that our
relationship was not as strong and close as I would have liked it to have
been. Through my work with Dr. Waldman,
I discovered that I was allergic to Mysti.
After two treatments with her fur we now have the close, bonded
relationship I had hoped for.
In addition to the NAET work, I have done equine facilitated therapy
with Dr. Waldman and one of her wild mustangs, Shy Hawk. This has been such an astounding, rewarding
experience that it is difficult for me to describe. Working with Shy Hawk, with Dr. Waldman as interpreter,
has been an accelerated method of getting right to my core issues. What happens between Shy Hawk and me is pure
energy, with no words, feelings, emotions or hidden agendas in the way. Shy Hawk is able to zoom right in on what is
happening with me and assists me in seeing myself more clearly and in a much
more positive way. He “tells” me what no
one else has been able to, clearly, concisely and honestly. Living in All of my work with Dr. Waldman has changed my life for the better and
I am excited to continue our work together and see what else life has to offer.

"Our magic is working!
I slept nine hours last night! I hadn’t slept that long for several years. Your
treatments have had a profound effect on me.
I am bringing closure on work issues that have not made me feel very
good. I won’t play the games anymore and I am putting it to an end. I don’t
know how to thank you enough! I expect
to keep sleeping well and I am still off my meds. I have learned so much and it
keeps coming from within. You are my miracle worker. We will have to get together
in a few weeks upon my return to continue our magic! Thank you so very, very
much!"
Love,
B.M.

"In 1995 I had surgery to remove a ruptured disc in my lower spine, and was told that I would probably not be able to continue in my profession as a horseshoer. I recovered and continued working, but in 2002 was in very bad shape. After an exam and an MRI I was told by my doctor that all the discs in my lower spine were herniated, that all the joints in that area had arthritis, and that there was scar tissue from the original surgery. I was told that more surgery was not an option, that I could no longer work in my profession, and that I would be on pain medication for the rest of my life. It was at this time that I was introduced to Dr. Renee Waldman. Dr. Waldman used a combination of acupuncture, massage, nutritional supplements, as well as other naturopathic treatments to restore my health to a level I haven't seen since my twenties. Today, at age 53, I am pain free, take no medication, and handle the same work load that I did twenty years ago, thanks to Dr. Waldman."

"I have been battling
a habit of self abuse in the form of drinking for nearly 12 years. At the
urging of my mother and after some self reflection I was ready to address my
issue of drinking along with some early abuse and promiscuous behavior. I
didn’t want to go to a typical therapist as I had tried that route with no
success. I had no idea of where to go or what kind of help I needed.
Thankfully, I found Dr. Waldman and I am now living the life that was waiting
for me all these years. I know it sounds corny but, it is like I have come home
to my self and become re-acquainted with me. I am very happy and thankful for
the recommendation to Dr. Waldman otherwise, I don’t know where me or my
children would have ended up.

After a few
sessions with Shy Hawk and Renee I found my affirmation. I believed it was OK
to venture forth – not because it would be painless and not because it would be
successful – BECAUSE IT WAS THE THING TO DO FOR ME TO STAY IN INTEGRITY. Shy
Hawk’s wisdom and intuition helped me to “get it” – to trust – to move forward.
God how
I’ve grown to love that horse and the woman who helps translate his message. I
believe everyone who enters the ring with Shy Hawk will come away a changed
person for the better."

"I am writing to thank you from the bottom of my heart and my wife’s heart. We have experienced difficulties and frustration in our inability to know how to cope with our son over the years. At times we thought we were at the end of our rope. Many tears and many angry words have been spent over time. Prescriptions, counseling, incarceration we have experienced many promises, many techniques. Although you were our last resort and we didn’t have much hope left, we are so grateful that you came into our lives. In the course of several months we began to see our son come back. We thought his enthusiasm, his humor, his personality was lost forever under the dark cloud that wouldn’t lift. We have our son and our lives restored after nearly five years of pain, addiction and hopelessness.
We could never repay you for the joy that now lives in our
hearts!

My name is Wayne Butler. I retired in 1992 to Phoenix, Arizona where I became re-involved with horses with a rescue organization whose focus was on the preservation of BLM and Burros.
I met Renee Waldman around 1995 while training horses.
Renee was training a Mustang and her Quarter Horse at the time. I was
associated with another trainer and we were working a quarter horse using the
round pen method but without restraints. This was of interest to Renee
and thus began our friendship.
Since Then Renee and I have worked together and under her
direction, we included using some of her clients as part of the horse training.
Renee’s natural ability to teaching in a quiet, soft, but firm
way was instrumental in our training modifications. Because of her strong
desire to combine client participation with the horse training workouts we
discovered how beneficial it was to both horse and client as they quickly found
common ground in trust and respect and most important, self confidence.
One only has to watch Renee work alone with a wild mustang to
gain an understanding of her expertise with the horse.
I have seen her work as consistent and clear which has impressed
me, due to the challenging circumstances we have dealt with together. I feel
that Renee can assist any person or horse she meets."
