Dr. Waldman is a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, specializing in Mind-Body Integrative Medicine. She is currently serving as Vice-Chairman to the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Board and is compiling her experiences in conducting Mind-Body Medicine for an emerging book.   She is founder of an innovative patented  Wave Theater Design that combines color, sound and aroma into  a 30 minute meditative and healing experience. Dr. Waldman conducts workshops for corporations and groups pursuing Mind-Body consciousness. She maintains  a private practice in Phoenix, Arizona and also conducts equine facilitated Mind-Body medicine sessions at her ranch facility in Cave Creek, Arizona.

Mind-Body Integrative Medicine focuses on the interactions between the brain, mind, body and behavior. Also on the powerful ways in which emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and behavioral factors can directly affect health.
